This Hornby Class 91 was supplied to us with a pair of cube-type speakers already installed, so the MS440C sound decoder just
plugs straight into the 21pin DCC socket. A 'sample' 1000uF is supplied with the MS440, so a home was found for this above the
drive shaft cavity.
A special version of our Class 90 sound project was used here, because the Hornby model has some specific lighting outputs that
have to be configured correctly.
The physical outputs are: F0F/F0R: directional lights FA1: disables
whites FA2: disables reds FA3: front cab FA4: rear cab
FA3/FA4 must be Logic Level outputs for these to work.
